Reservation Terms

What your reservation is

• A $5.99 fully-refundable deposit that reserves a place in the first production batch of the Kidence Band.
• It locks the founding-family price — the price offered to you at final checkout will be the lowest we offer for that batch.
• The deposit is credited toward your band when you complete your purchase.
• A reservation is not a final sale. Before shipping, we'll email you to confirm your address and complete checkout for the balance.

Refunds

• Anytime before your band ships, for any reason: email hello@kidence.ai from the email you used at checkout and we'll refund the full $5.99 to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
• If you simply never complete the final checkout, we'll refund your deposit rather than keep it.

Timing

• First shipments are currently estimated for Spring 2027. This is an estimate for a product still in production, not a guaranteed date.
• If we cannot ship within 30 days after the estimated window, we will email you with an updated timeline and the choice of a full refund or keeping your place — your pick.

Your information

• Checkout is processed by Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers.
• We receive your name, email, phone and shipping address from checkout, and use them only to plan production, contact you about your reservation, and ship your band. See our privacy policy.

The product

• The Kidence Band and app provide wellness insights (sleep, activity, calm). Kidence is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
• Final hardware may differ in minor ways (colors, materials, packaging) from images shown during the reservation period.

Changes & contact

If we materially change these terms, we'll email every open reservation with the option of a full refund. Questions: hello@kidence.ai.
